Sylvester Tony McClosky passed from this life on Thursday August 7th, 2025 at his home in Livingston, Tx. Buddy was most proud of his son Roy McClosky who he said was his greatest joy in life. Buddy is preceded in death by his parents and all of his siblings and Step daughter Sandy Flores. He leaves behind his loving wife Cheryl of 52 years, his son Roy McClosky and wife Lynn, son Michael McClosky and wife Cindy, Step son Wayne Zafra, grandchildren Kerstian, Julian, Edward, Anthony, Makayla, Victoria, and Presley. Buddy was an amazing man! He was wonder grandfather. Every Monday when Michael and I lived in Houston Buddy would come by. When we moved to Magnolia he would come out on a weekend and have breakfast and visit us and his grandchikdren Kerstin and Julian. Buddy adored his granddaughter Kerstin McClosky. I remember when I had her, I requested no visitors the first day home. Buddy was to excited towait to meet her. When I walked into the house there he stood with open arms and took Kerstin right out of my arms. He sat down holding her and looked up at me with such joy in his eyes and said "she reminds me so much of Michael when he was a baby. He was a big part of her life and stayed a part of her life when we moved to Magnolia. He loved Julian his grandson. He was so loving with him and loved to play with him. Buddy and my husband Michael's bond was thicker then thieves. I could go on and on. But the things I will remember is he was the best Father in law to me for 26 years and he simply adored our children. He will be remembered forever. You will be missed
